I never comment on videos, but I want to say thank you for all the great information over the years. I've been watching you since the beginning and I have become a better player because of you. Love the gear demos, but the lessons are my favorite! Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your talent with us!

Thanks for the lesson. I like the sound of these licks, and especially that second one is to me a lot of fun to play and play around with. :)

Best teacher ever. Sweet sound. That Cosby sweater rocks! :) To achieve the same tone, I wore an old blue & white v-neck knitted sweater(!). I swear it makes all the difference! :)

Ya. Lovely Maine fall day, eh? I just got back from watching my son play football in the wind, rain, and chill. Luckily, his team won and no one got seriously hurt, so all is well. Thanks for all your incredible guitar lessons and reviews, etc., BTW. I love your guitars, amps, etc. as well as your playing and teaching!

Yup, I play it all the time, especially when I pick up a guitar. It's a good way to warm up and try and find a groove.

I am planning on doing more lick videos in the future. I kind of got away from that for a while, I think it's time I did more of those again.

Not sure what a t star tele is, but there are two teles in this video. One in my hands, and it's a one of a kind tele built by luthier Scott Lentz, and it's the best Tele I've ever owned or played. The other one is a shell pink guitar I built and put together.

Dude, You've got some incredible Blues lessons up here. Thanks very much. I've got a question though, I've noticed you seem to play without a pick in the videos I've seen - I often do the same but I'm forever breaking my fingernails and having to go back to the pick, which doesn't fell so 'natural' to me. Is there anything you use of do to strengthen your nails on your picking hand? Thanks once again.

These licks are soooo awesome, but you go way too fast when you explain them! There are little parts that you do not explain in detail... so the slow ones, such as myself, find it extremely difficult!
