I have only been in to Three Days Grace and rock for about a year now, and going back to songs I haven't listened to in a while really does feel good. I remember when I first listened to this song I thought, "Oh, this is actually a really good song, it makes me feel so good," and know I know the meaning behind all these songs, and now after I've made some drastic changes in my life and gone through a lot, I can really relate to them. Three Days Grace means so much to me now. I remember I first heard Just Like You on the radio, because my dad insisted that we listen to rock. Hey dude chill, life is shit we know that. I'm only 19 and i've tried to kill myself for what, 4 times. Once by overdosing, twice by jumping in front of a car and once by cutting my wrists. Life is shit and it's full of people that are selfish, narcissistic, cruel and more than willing to use those who are willing to dedicate their own lives in helping others and put everyone else in front of them selves. I was in a relationship for one year and three months and after she left me she toyed with me another six months until i said enough and stopped talking to her and things did get better. She misses me, that's why she hates me but back to the point , it's never too late to chance things and there is always, ALWAYS another way. There are good people in this world but they are hard to find these days and the only way to know if a person is fake or real is to be yourself, be open, be honest and give that person your all. If you are holding back, they are holding back so you have to just get out there, if they turn out to be a fake and they break you and make you feel like a piece of shit then you know they weren't real. My point is, do not give up even when everything goes to shit DO. NOT. GIVE. UP. This is for all of those who are lost in life and just need a little push to get back in there and keep looking for that someone. I've done nothing but helped other people in my life and 80% of the time, i get shit but that 20% keeps me going because i know, that there are good people out there. Never give up, never give in.
