Live in Costa Rica and use chum all the time. Works great. I always scale the bait then cut it up. Will bring fish up from the bottom when fishing in 90 feet of water

I did this once at the coast on the beach. Next time I'll use a PVC pipe and then put the bag on it and put some shrimp and stuff in it. Only thing is I bet sometimes it just goes down shore to the left or right of you and if it drags on the fish might get confused? Was too lazy that day but I bet it would work. Was thinking of using fish bites as the bait too. Idk

Just killed the Reds using lady fish in Port A 2 days ago. If you get the head of the mullet or lady fish and break it up in the water that scent will draw those fish in. Love your vids dude

Catching reds (and any other fish lol) on strange artificial is always dope. My favorite thing to do is catch saltwater fish on artificials that are meant for fresh water.

Went to PINS this last weekend with the fam. My brother caught a blue crab off the surf, it clamped onto the mondo worm he was throwing. Soon as we rigged him up for bait i walked out to chest deep water and cast him. I caught my first Gaftopsail, a 20" fatty. I never knew they fought so hard! My brother caught a giant ladyfish on his half of crab too. BLUE CRAB IS THE TRUTH

Go do that chumming on the back side of the humble for reds. The menhaden we bring in the reds. If not there take your boat down the king ranch shoreline.

I would also like to chum up finger mullet, but being they are herbivorous, I don't have a clue with what could get them to bunch up into my cast net range. BTW, I believe I saw you cruising up Humble channel in front of Red Dot about a week ago in your Bote, just as I was crossing the bridge.
