Teaching is a art and everyone has his own way/nature. By far he has explained the best for basics of Lasers among available lectures. Prof. Shenoy Lectures are also there (Semiconductor Optoelectronics)

@@himanshuful I would say teaching is a profession you can learn. Didactics give people basic rules how to transfer their knowledge the best they can. Unfortunately, many teaching academics have not seen a book on Didactics in their entire life.
