Thank you! 😊 I sew the lining to the shell to finish the neckline! Haha I wish I had a better answer for you but I sewed it that way because it made the most sense to me! I'm not trained so most of the time I make my garments through trial and error! 😂

Can I ask what your waist measurement is? I am having trouble deciding what size I would be in the pattern, as I thought it was us sizing with 4/6, but the website blog then breaks down into measurements for a 4/6 actually being a 12/14.
