I really liked the tan top, tan with blue jeans/navy goes well together imo. I think the wide leg jeans/trousers and this style of floaty top looks really relaxed but put together.. the black one was nice tucked in 👍

Ps. How did you pay for your box? If it was PayPal open an Item Not Received dispute, they've got to prove delivery, they can't just say it was sent, end of. They'll have to give a refund. Terrible CS. It would've absolutely tainted that box for me

Nerve pain is awful! I get it in my hands and feet. It is indescribable to anyone who hasn't had it. Does the cardi work without a long sleeve top under it? Not keen on the first top. Can't give you a reason why though. Lol The black floral top is a keeper though. Hope you are feeling better these days. X

The black M and S shirt is lovely and a definite keeper although I find their clothes always come up large. Not so keen on the Zara one and you’re right you’d think a cardigan would be the easiest thing to buy what a shame.

Hi ...my box from pLouise didn’t arrive last month, I just contacted customer service after about a week and they sent me out another box which I received within 2 days...I found them to be very helpful.. perhaps get back in contact ...I dealt with grace and had no problems ..take care xx

I'd never heard of Plouise - was thinking of the proununciation as being like pleather, so it's interesting to heard how it should be said! I won't be trying it, though, partly because of their customer service (or lack thereof) and partly because I like to choose my make-up before I buy it. The black flowery shirt is quite nice - a bit big, but OK. The cardigan looked OK, too, but if it's hurting your arm you can't keep it. The tan top is ... to tell the truth, horrible (sorry).

I thought PLouise was a good company but obviously not if they didn't help with locating your box or refunding. It's expensive £31 a month when you might not use the stuff.

I think the tan blouse could do with being an inch longer. I hope you take the no-show Plouise box further- absolutely not acceptable to take your money and not provide what you paid for. I’d never heard of them but at least I’ve been warned off.

Sorry. A big 'no' to the 1st really weird colour top .Both the colour and crop length arent really flattering. ( This is the first Vlog I've seen of yours. Sorry to be negative) The black top is really nice , though, especially tucked. Pity about the Cardigan
