Over the years,I have stayed at a few B&B’s where the owners had a small antique shop on the property.It was a fun bonus for the guests and was probably a way for the owner to rotate her purchases.🤣 Instead of a pop up shop and three guest cottages,have you thought of a resale shop and just two cottages? It would be fun for you and so handy right on sight,maybe even open to the public on Friday and Saturday if it was at the front of the property.It would also be so much cheaper to set up,minimal plumbing for a sink and toilet,shelves made out of all your recycled wood and best of all,you get to play store!😃😂😀😅😄🤣

I always throughly enjoy them and please build a library in the cottages, I think it would be a wonderful touch if you could have one in each cottage, even it’s a small one. Maybe a reading Nook. So every quest can enjoy a area they can read or have a coffee or tea, or just a quiet moment. A a water feature would be fantastic, maybe you could diy some water features for the cottages, the sound of water is so relaxing as well. Please let me know what you think. Oh I almost forgot to mention, maybe you could have a outdoor section that everyone could come together and have a cookout or a party, it could even be a indoor outdoor situation. With string lights and lanterns, you could have it screened in all around, but with floor to ceiling glass doors and huge ceiling fans for the summer but also have a fire place( gas heater) for the winters. I hope you can see what I’m saying, it would be wonderful. Ok, I’ll stop now .LOLOLOLOL getting really excited. 🤣🤣.
