I love all kinds of wicker baskets. Every time I am at the thrift stores I seach their wicker baskets. I have one that is a lazy susan spinning wicker tray. I love that you have so many ideas to upcycle or diy the wicker baskets

I, myself, find painting to be a relaxing pastime. I know spray painting is fast and easy, but I love taking the time doing it by hand and watching my fave tv show. I am enjoying watching you paint. It eases my mind after a long work day.

I almost purchased that nautical rope at the Dollar tree but thought it was too thick. That’s a great idea to unravel it, and worked well with the basket. I’m doing a Christmas in July Yard Sale this coming week, and now I’m hunting baskets. I’m going to use DIY Paint because it nontoxic.

Thank you Debra. I usually price them based on what I paid for them, what I put in them and what others for sale in my area are priced at. They range from $10 for the small ones $15 to $20 for the medium size and $25 to $45 for larger ones. Thanks so much for watching!

All were pretty. And even though I really liked the basket with the flower painted, I would have liked it left orange, also. It is a personal preference. But, I think it got lost painted the same as the basket. A little too much the same.

I am a basket hoarder 😜 I paint majority of my baskets depending on the color or tone of them. I absolutely can not stand that "Orange" tone/color so every basket like that gets painted. I would say that I paint 80% of my baskets.

Yes, the items in the baskets are for staging. I normally use things around my home for staging. I base my prices on comparable items in our area along with time and materials. Thanks so much for watching!

Have you ever considered using other colors of paint besides white? You said you love orange and then painted the beautiful orange flower white! There are other colors!

I struggle with making bows myself. I actually love the cute little simple bows you are making 😍 Sammie from "Unicorn Dust Designs" here on YT has a bow making video that is great! oh dear oh dear you have really beautiful natural baskets and then you put paint all over them. The natural patina of an old quality woven basket should never be painted over.
