Just found your channel from shorts and I’m really loving this! Gonna go binge the rest of your builds now! Also, as a suggestion for a lot that would be cute for a date night theme- a ballroom dance studio! That would also be a good one to build some apartments above, or maybe include a performance area or event venue as part of it.
