Wow! I adore that framed music paper flower! Your paint and antique wax on the frame made it really pop! Those three glass vases with the brown crinkled paper look amazing with the simple lavender stems. Who knew those swans could look so good painted over and distressed? I’ve been waiting to see what you would do with that beat up old black star! Just perfect to add that while wax after painting it black! The white wax does such a great job on those birds to highlight all the feather details!

You got some awesome things. I love the fish towel. I went to my Dollar General, today, and they had all their Christmas items for $0.25, or less. I got $228.00 worth of stuff, for $15.00. I got some amazing things. Some really nice big vases, that looked like mercury glass, for $0.25/each, I couldn't even believe that some of the stuff was considered "Christmas" items. I love this DG, because when it doesn't have a tag on it, the manager just throws it in the bag, he is pretty awesome, so I got a cute sign, for $0.00. He just wants to get rid of it. They had tons of greenery. This DG is awesome, because people rarely buy the stuff, because of where it is located, so they usually have a ton of the sale stuff.
