Hey guys! Today is another episode from my series Thrift Store Makeovers, where I take a used, worn out item (OR sometimes from yard sales or off of ebay) clean it up, fix it up and decorate it. I love hunting through thrift stores to find old, rejected items and then decorating them and putting my own style on them to turn them into new pieces of art. I've definitely missed these thrift flips and I want to do more thrifting soon!
In this episode I am going to be painting on and customizing a wooden recipe box. I made some interesting little food creations (ya'll know how much I love painting food). I hope you like it!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 26 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. If you really wanted to repaint the top, a cute thing to paint would be one of your favourite characters reimagined as a little baker with an apron or something lol and I think painting the inside the same dark blue as under the handle notch would really put the *Sprinkles* on the ~Whipped Cream~

Dessert pizza is a real thing my mom makes. The crust is sugar cookie, the sauce is sweetened sour cream which is actually good lol, she puts kiwi pepperoni, and other fruits cut up and sprinkled over it too with some jam for color. It's super rich but good in small portions

In Australia, we have something called fairy bread. I feel like you’d enjoy it. It’s white bread with butter and sprinkles and that’s it! An icon at kids parties! So good! Although we use 100’s and 1000’s so maybe you wouldn’t like it. (The ball shape sprinkles)

As far as the french fries go, for as long as I can remember my mom and I would order french fries with a side of hot fudge at diners we'd go to! And it is really super good, and is what I thought of immediately before you even zoomed out to show us what it was. I personally don't think you need to make the fries anything other than french fries!

"I actually think they taste good." You're a woman after my own heart!! I love the taste of sprinkles but not the round ones that us Aussies call hundreds and thousands. Even as a 28 year old woman I still indulge in the Australian traditional childhood food of fairy bread (basically pieces of buttered bread coated in sprinkles, for anyone who doesn't know) and I absolutely adore it.

In Australia dessert fries are quite a common thing to order at McDonald's (Aussies say Maccas). You get French fries with a sundae or soft serve cone and dip the fries into the icecream.
