Shelly was sitting at the dining table working on what looked like a bright blue blob to Eustace. He knew they were costumes for a party they were going to with the host being their weird neighbor, who refused to ever take off a bunny onesie he had gotten one christmas. He remembered Shelly begging them to make some travel plans as an excuse to not go, but Eustace never had luck making friends and this could be his chance. He tried every excuse he knew, and when she realized he wouldn’t give in, she eventually gave up. She demanded she make the costumes, because she knew all too well Eustace would embarrass her if he made his own. “Sooo,” Eustace tried to weasel his way into a decent conversation with her, “How are they coming along?” Shelly looked at him, annoyed. “I would prefer no distractions right now. It’s late, go to bed.” She continued her work. He knew she would be up until she finished them, because tomorrow was the party, and she didn’t want extra stress tomorrow. As bitter as she sounded toward him, Eustace knew deep down, she had a love for him she hardly ever showed. Shelly woke up that morning at the exact same time she always does. Her first thought was how loud Eustace was snoring. Her second was the party, and how they had correlated their costumes with some distant friends of hers. Had she completed the costumes? She got up to check. On the dining table were the costumes, in all of their beauty. One of pickle, the other of his cousin, derp. Pickle and Derp had decided to correlate their costumes with shelly and Eustace to dress up as eachother, and Shelly was going to be Pickle. Ofcourse, their costumes could have been more Grand, but why spend so much effort when this was already a lot for something so simple? She started up breakfast, and not too long after heard the familiar yawn of a waking Eustace. She smiled to herself. He would love the breakfast she was making. Shelly hid her smile when she heard him coming down the hallway. “Took you long enough.” she joked, as she had said it every single morning. “Is that-?” He immediately recognised the breakfast, with a hint of happiness. She could feel her insides warm at the thought of his smile. “No. No it isn’t.” She stated sarcastically. “The parties today. Why are we going again?” Eustace dug in as she set the plate down in front of him. “You already made the costumes.” he said, the food muffling his voice slightly. She let out her warming smile, the one she doesn’t give often. “Well then. Let’s make sure your costume fits.” There they were. At the foot of the house Shelly told herself she would never enter willingly. Though she never wanted to, something felt like a good day for this party. She and Eustace fit well into their costumes, and she felt like tonight would be fun. Queue the “Fun.” The moment she stepped foot, she regretted ever deciding to go to this party. Pickle was sitting on the floor, in front of a beautiful sundae, topped with a not-so-beautiful cousin Derp. They were covered in frosting, and it was a mess. Shelly hated messes. Ugly, splattered, mint ice cream sundae messes. Ugly, splattered, cupcake frosting with sprinkle messes. Her disappointment was immeasurable, and her day was ruined.

Helpful cleaning hacks: 1. Baking soda + charcoal on a plate or in a bowl to take away bad smells. My family used this when our old fridge stopped working but had food in it we forgot about…😕 It worked but the fridge was broke. 2. Lemon juice and hot water for garbage disposal cleaning . Honestly my mom just puts 1/2 a lemon in the disposal and lets it shred the lemon… 😂 Other kitchen cleaning tips: 1. Baking soda, salt and dish soap for those really tough stains 2. Lemon juice + vinegar + salt Idk what anyone would use this for but I thought I’d just share the info. Also, if you got spiders in places, they HATE mint so if you get a spray bottle and spearmint + water and spray corners and other places spiders will hate that. It’s useful if you got pets cause then it won’t hurt them. I will straight up spray the spiders themselves. Also, it smells nicer than all those bug chemical sprays.

*Costume Party* by: Moriah Elizabeth So in this scene, there is an occasion for costumes, Maybe it's a costume party that they've all been invited to uhm, you know it's probably this little dork. he's having a costume party at his house so that he can feel more normal about never taking that freaking bunny costume off, that's between him and his therapist (bigulhgh) so these four have decided as a group let's all dress up as each other so Shelly is wearing a pickle costume and Eustice is wearing a derp costume and that's all good then here's where things go wrong I guess, Cousin Derp was in charge of securing costumes for himself and Pickle, so basically Derp told Pickle that all they have to do is put ice cream and frosting on top of their heads since Eustice and Shelly are cupcake and ice cream themed and that's going to be their costume, CLEARLY he's just hungry, he's only thinking about food because.. that's what Cousin Derp does, but pickle is too naive so he just goes along with it, This is the moment where they all come together and Shelly sees what they have done and she's just not happy about it, I mean she stayed up all night HAND stitching these custom costumes and then she walks in to find Derp and Pickle swimming in desserts and she's like " wow I'm surrounded by idiots" and then pickle looks up at Derp and finally puts two and two together ( this is the face of someone who's been bamboozled, meanwhile Cousin Derp is just having a blast probably already consumed several quarts of ice cream and Eustice, well he's just being creepy as usual, so that's the story. The end.
