In this video I went vintage toy hunting in thrift stores throughout Dallas and stumbled upon a rare Pokémon card find! Yes, I hit the Thrift Store Pokémon Jackpot!! I was Completely Flabbergasted with This Rare Pokémon Card Find!

Take the cards to some pokemon vendors in store or at con. And get them appraised. Or look up some TCG stores local near you to hear some opinion about them

So sorry to let ya down bud but the Pokémon cards are all fake. They should have texture on the front of the card. Just by your camera close up they seem to be fakes. Unfortunately there’s so much fake out there.

​​@@80sToysRocAs I can see, the other card, original Pikachu Vmax should not be a holo (holographic) but a plain card. Well spotted find though. I'm not into Pokémon and such but now and then I buy a booster pack like Scarlet & Violet and I've been lucky lots of times pulling rare cards like Miriam specials. Also for future. You can buy small legit booster pack and use a legit card back to compare against a possible thrift store find. Card backs on all legit cards even the holo's will have exactly the same color, texture etc. One of the High accuracy ways to check also.

Those Pokemon cards are definitely fake. They should have some nice texture on them. They’re too smooth and coloring is off.

Thrift stores don’t give refunds or store credit around here. The sale is the sale. It was only $12 so not a big deal. I’m going to take them to a card shop to see if they’re really fake or legit. Some people are telling me they are legit. Others like you are telling me they are fake. So I need to take them to a card shop and get a final verdict.

In the old days you could hold the card up to a light and if you could see through it it was fake not sure anymore I know there's a rip test on KZbin somewhere real cards have like three layers
