i live in a really small town in the country side and we do not have thrift stores/shops we only have chances to thrift at the market which is on friday and sunday morning and there are only piles of dirty clothing ❤❤ but i really enjoy going bc i go with my dad and its fun time with him also there are so many different things i always find something to laugh at if i dont actually find anything cute for mysellff

Ahhhh I really REALLYYYY want to but those vids never get too many views😭 so it’s a lil discouraging to make them when it takes so much time so I keep all the styling on insta reels and TikTok. I’ll consider making styling vids when I have down time to film for sure tho! But we have mystery bundle vids coming soon! 😃✨

For Christmas a few years ago my mum got me a pair of socks that were literally meant for babies. They’re supposed to be thigh high on babies and have foxes on them. My mum knew they were baby socks but she thought they were cute and got me them anyway. Somehow they manage to fit my size 9 feet and are ankle length on me. They are some very stretchy socks. So I totally go out and rock some baby socks. The mr messy shirt reminded me of this so I just thought I would share because I thought it was funny.

Those vests look so good on you, and the dress omg, what good finds! If you wanna make the vests a little more fitted you can look into elastic waist cincher clips - they were huge in the 90s, I remember my mom using them with vests all the time and now I have a ton bc they're a super cheap/cute way to make ill fitting thrifted clothes look like they were tailored for me. And they're fully removable so you don't have to commit to a full thrift flip. Just a thought!

I loved everything you found and I know we are all insecure about different body parts. Your shoulders are so beautiful I never would think anything otherwise I have broad shoulders also and I actually don’t like my feet and I really hate the back of my thighs so I really don’t like wearing mini skirts I always wear midi to Maxi skirts. The floral tapestry vest is a womans as the buttons are on the left side. Tapestry, floral, vest...check! check! check! If it's too big and you want to cinch the back get one of those elastic clips you see on 90s dressses--I think Michael Levine has them. And I love the My Michelle vest on you too!❤ You've got to rock that Grandma Grandpa Christmas sweater this holiday!!!!!!! So cute on you! Great haul!

@@rachelcookie321 I believe it actually comes from an extremely long time ago when women were dressed by their maids or ladies in waiting. Since women’s clothing were more complicated they had servants maids ladies in waiting etc. and dressing them because they were a lot more buttons on garments I believe that’s the origin from what I was told. And I think it’s just ornamental holdover from that time. In fashion history it’s silly and I wear men’s clothing all the time.

Throw Mr.messy in the washer. After hes done stretch him in all directions. If hes made of cotton the fabric will stretch. Just be careful not to stretch too hard and tear him. Let him air dry. It will size up ☝

not sure if it would actually work, but you could try removing the zipper from the last dress and adding either fabric loops or grommets to make it a lace-up back and give it more room around the shoulders!

Gorgeous pieces! Just a general message, With thrifting it is easy to overconsume since no waste is being produced and prices are lower, but keep in mind that overconsumption is bad no matter where you buy from. It is important to keep pieces that you don't use in rotation, instead of having them rot in the closet. 🌱🌳 So think twice before you buy your next piece! all love 🙂🥰

Totally agree with you that over consumption is bad. But, there is a definite difference between over consuming clothes and tossing it when it’s no longer useful vs. rehoming it. In my case, clothes I no longer use I resell, thrift flip, or donate to shelters. I always find a way to ensure clothes stays in rotation whether it’s in my personal wardrobe or someone else’s🥰✨

Do a backless top/bralet for the white and pink dress! When items are too tight, I cut the back off and replace it with horizontal straps. Hope that helps 😘
