4:34 white wire basket thing, it’s so fast going by, but it had the look of a wrought iron day bed! I love watching and seeing things in a different light. I hope to get to the missions store tomorrow! Live to thrift! Thanks for an interesting thrift with you!🥰

I really like the vase (3:01) as a floor planter. Too cute. The elephant in the black box (4:48) I would use as a fireplace- and leave the elephant in it for a fancy fireplace. I would add a mantle to it. (Yeah, I get crazy like that. I like the unusal.) That would look good in a Marilyn Monroe house. I absolutely love the tubal box (17:57) and would look great at the foot of a bed. When will you make a white sofa??? You should make a white leather sofa. That would be sooooo cool.

Love the vase :) i think i would have removed the elephant so i could use it as decor and the frame would have been great as a fireplace :) I want to make a white sofa for marilyn monroes apartment, probably not leather :) it would be cool, if i could find some soft white leather cheap :)

Those white vases you brought at would make really nice lamp bases; that white ceramic dish at 10:17 would make a nice Dutch oven for the dollhouse; at 15:57 those salt & pepper shakers would make really nice floor vases if you could get them open and why are there two different prices? At 16:24, I thought the silver/ glass container would make an excellent dessert dish; and that black dish thing at 16:53 would make an excellent piece for a grill or firepit by drilling. My fav were the white ceramic vases. Thanks for sharing and taking us along.

I like the brass vase. At the Goodwills you can go to back where they price item's and ask if they will price it for you now and they will. At least in my state they do.

I went to my local Goodwill yesterday and filmed it like you do - and when I tell you they had nothing, I mean NOTHING!!! It was horrible! I was really bummed. I’ll continue to enjoy your great finds 😊

You found some nice items for MM diorama! I went to G’will yesterday, having not been for ages. It was terrible! Almost no housewares, knickknacks, etc. And what they had was mostly “new” Dollar Store type items. So disappointing! Thankfully, we still have a few local thrift stores that still carry some good items at pretty reasonable prices. Thanks for taking me along to shop! Kathleen

lol :) I can't wait to start building their dioramas, i want to use the same walls for both, they'll be living in the same building.... so the walls will have to be neutral, but i do want to make the apartments look very different from each other :) i just bought a bigger table for their apartment, their rooms will be bigger :) thank you sooooo much :)

They do not open because they are urns. Either a family had a family member divided or they have a pet inside, like a bird.

Hi It looked like a couple of folks wanted to drive into you when you were coming in. I loved the white vases and I wanted you to take the tablet with black and white prints. So many pretty vases but you can’t get everything right.

Sadly, I think the really good toys are being sold online and not in stores these days. Goodwill has online auctions now. Instead, I wish more of their stores switched to outlets where you purchase by the pound.

I just have one Goodwill that's close to me, not sure what you mean by outlet stores? its like the other thrift stores, what are the outlet stores like?

@@GingerLolaMiniatures Ah okay. I recently came across one here. Outlets sell by the pound, not the item. You fill a bag (really big bags) and they weigh them. They have bins that they swap out about every 15 minutes or so. It was really incredible. And I found so many little things to fill my bag. I think it was about $1.50/pound? (USD)

I went to one of those by the pound stores, there's a video on here of my haul, but it wasn't worth it for me, the items i picked out were on the heavy side but not worth the price at the end when they weighed it, the lady working there was so kind and sold it all to me for a good price, can't remember now, its in the video :)

I work for Goodwill in Texas. (They are like a franchise. They are not all owned by 1 person) if something doesn't have a price, they will get you a price. After all that's why we are here, right? To sell things to use the money for helping those in need. That seems silly and wasteful. How do they know someone else will buy it?

I hate when they won't let you buy something without a price. Why can't they just makeup a price and get rid of it.

Goodwill is owned by a man. It has made him a millionaire. It is about greed. The services they provide are paid for by the government, not donations.

I know right! They should have prices tags ready, it's not rocket science, I just hope I remember if it happens again, i'm grabbing a price tag and putting it on :)

They could have just found another item to scan for the item that doesn't have a price. I work in retail, and that is what i do at my job. Instead of saying you aren't allowed to buy it. Clearly, they dont care about making money. Or have time to kindly find another item to get you a price. I just hate how goodwill does it. In the US Goodwill, there like nothing good in them anymore. No toys but toys that came from a dollar tree, miniature figures aren't around as much, and most of the time it a mess. But in my goodwill, they actually, just scan another item twice for the one that doesn't have a price. (Most of them will do idk how many that does it), and I bet once they saw the items that didn't have a price. they probably make it like $4 or $5 or something and put it back on the shelf. So you putting your own price it pretty clearly so you be able to get the item. The elephant was cute and it ashamed they couldn't let you buy it.

They're all greedy, but what can we do? Garage sale season is over for me here until Spring :(
