Thank you so much!! 💕 Because denim vests are so on trend atm, I am finding them a bit more difficult to thrift. That said, don’t be afraid to get a well fitting jacket and cut off the sleeves. That’s exactly how I got one of my favorite denim vests. The cream one I’m wearing is from Maurice’s. 10/10 recommend! Oh and the shapes are pretty similar to wait coats, so don’t forget to check the men’s sections!

I too have insomnia. It takes me hrs to fall asleep and I have to wake up everyday at 430 to make my husband breakfast and lunch for work and it's so hard. I need to take melatonin to fall asleep every day

I used to work in an office with a speech therapist and learned a lot from her about how some people don't even realize how fast they are speaking, their words all running together and hardly taking a breath.
