I visit to a warehouse in Silver Town E-16 called Thrift factory Kilo sale !! They had a massive selection you could spend a whole day there. They only allow some people to pick and choose as they are really exporting mostly. but They also do events , thrift factory £10 per kilo You need a strong back to go through the clothes as mostly in cages and Trollies. But it was worth it as many where Brand new with Tags.

From what i heard, target donates their overstock as a tax write off. I’ve only seen them at goodwill! Zara likes to donate to Salvation Army!
