Hi Tiffany, the small vessel you called a vase is actually plain old restaurant ware. It was used to put sides of vinegar or oil or any other liquid to take to the guest. They are a dime a dozen.

If you have a local jewelrer might have the sterling ring stones tested. Or look really good for mine cut diamonds. I think it might be to new tho. Older sterling would sometimes have diamonds,, they were not faceted like modern ones.

I used to do jewelry 20 years ago, I just burnt myself out with it, buying in big lots and sorting. I enjoy glassware. Thank you for alerting me to some bar ware ! I never really looked up promotional name bar ware. In fact there was a dusty pair of martini glasses, I seen at thrift for 50c each seen them for months and picked them up sold them for 25 and set of 8 beer glasses
