It’s a fun thrifting day at BJONESSTYLEtv. First, Beth head to a Savers thrift store and chats about how using the the winter trends as inspirations she is ready to tackle the thrift store and look for all the winter trends that she is loving. Then, she heads into Savers which is a huge thrift store and takes her time searching through all the racks of clothings - looking for vintage thrift finds that excite her. Next it's time to try-on all the thrift finds that she has loaded into her cart and lets you know her thoughts on each item. Come thrifting with Beth!

The vest is for hunting, the narrow pockets are for bullets, I'm pretty sure the big back pouch is for your game haha. I love the fitted look of it! Pairs well with the orange turtleneck :D

ya, in fact it's probably for hunting pheasants or other birds, and the perpendicular pockets on the top front are for shotgun shells

Definately a shooting waistcoat - the small pockets would have your shotgun cartridges in them like a bandolier - in the UK we'd call the pocket at the back your poachers pocket (you'd put your dead game in there lol).

Snoods are Scarlett O'Hara-style hairnets. Big revival on those in the 1940s. That fur piece is a cowl.

For the animal print hat, I feel like it would be super fun with a early 90’s hip hop vibe, a la TLC. Bright baggy sporty cargo pants, oversized jersey, high tops and the fuzzy beret. You can definitely pull this off. Awesome haul!

Great haul! That belt over the light trench would be amazing. About 4 years ago, I thrifted an 8-pocket utility vest that was originally designed for foresters. I love that thing and always get compliments!

That is a hunting vest, the pocket in the back is where small game is stored while wearing. I loved the wide leather belt, cream trench and leather pants. Can’t wait to see you style the pieces. You put shotgun shells in the front little pockets and the game you shoot or snare in the large back pocket. I have a similar one that I wear as fashion. Love it. Love the snood too.

That's a hunting vest. The little pouches on the front are for shotgun shells and the big pocket in the back is for dead birds. LOL I know because I went hunting with my father as a kid and was tasked with carrying the quarry of the day around in one of those things. (Not a hunter now ... never understood the pleasure in killing things.)

I just come to the conclusion that California got it going on when it comes to good thrifting because between you and @JillianFelice you guys find some very excellent items at your locations. I have a few snoods for outerwear accessories, they are so perfect because it get really cold here and you don't always want a hat on your head. The tan vest is for hunters and the tiny multiple circles pockets are for the rifle bullet shell casings, it going to look real cool with a tube of lipstick in one of them and belted. Teehee! So was what you said that you were taking home while at Savers what you actually took home or did you wittle it down some more? Because I did not see the leather vest or the OSU sweater (to name a few) once you showed everything again at home. Can't wait to see you style them here or on your IG account.
