Your blue glass decanter could be 19th century French blue opaline glass. The rough finish at the base of the stopper is characteristic of glass stoppers of that period. If it's French or European, could be a great find.

Loved your haul. If you ever want to replace stoppers Ace Hardware has little tiny corks starting at 25 cents. Just take your shaker with you, they have a lot of different sizes.
