I like going to antique markets and shops near me in Kamakura mostly and sometimes in Tokyo. I have made a Kamakura video which details some of the places I like. There is a regular flea market at Ohi Racecourse in Tokyo. I love the shop Antique Yamamoto Shoten near Yoyogi Uehara. There are so many places! The best thing is to search in Japanese on google maps for shops and google search for markets running on the days you are here. Have a great time!
