Went to the Goodwill bins yesterday on a whim, as soon as I walked in, sitting in the glass bins, were two iron stone butter pats. All stained and crazed like I love them. I thought if this the only thing I find, I will be happy. But found a few other cool things, including a Pyrex bowl. You just never know. 😄

I went to a goodwill bins recently about 1.5 hrs from my house. Mostly clothing but found 4 pair of jeans that literally look brand new. Then stopped at a regular goodwill and found 4 butter pats for $2.

*L🤍VE those pearlized buttons in that jar❣️Not sure what type of jar it is - didn't see it closely enough with these old eyes, LOL - but you inspired me with its shape‼️ It reminds me of a muffineer, a sugar shaker or a shaker for parmesan cheese 🧀 - but in any case, it looks lovely and the shape is so unexpected, Danielle.😉 You inspired me to try pearlized buttons inside of an old nut grinder with the metal top - I have an old one that has a domed metal lid that covers over the rotating tines when not in use that I think would work well, because the buttons won't get dusty like they would with an open topped square shaped nut grinder. 😁 Thanks for the idea, Danielle‼️😉 Hey, friend, I think your tapestry bell pull is so pretty, elegant and quaint at the same time...looks great where you hung it❣️ You SCORED on that brown velvet ribbon. 🎀 If you had a bunny standing on its hind legs, a brown velvet bow made with that ribbon would look nice around its neck. 🐰* *The mug you bought for Garrett has a great sentiment on it. 🖤 I hope he feels manly and it makes him think of you and puts a smile on his face every morning when he drinks his coffee.☕️ I don’t blame you for getting sad when a mug breaks; I get attached to mine as well.😊* *I like your bathroom shelf! I bought mine at Montgomery Wards.🤎💕* *I couldn't see how much that Roseville yellow "Zephyr Lily" vase was (old eyes, haha!) but if no chips or damage, they sell for between $50 and $85 or more, depending upon how large it is - and that one's vase color (not the flower - yellow is common - but the vase itself) is unusual and rare. Might be worth buying to resell on Poshmark or eBay if the price is low enough to resell it, Danielle.* *You're right - I never would have thought that nice copper bowl with the brass oak leaf handles would have come from Big Lots‼️🤣 It looked vintage to me, and I would have purchased it for myself. That's an old wicker shelf, i remember my sister having one in her bathroom when she first got married, along with the matching hamper (long time ago😄 lol) it does look pretty in your bathroom! I wanted to reply on your last video, where you mentioned wanting to by planters, but you wanted them to have a drainage hole. Houseplants are one of my hobbies and I have over 150 of them :D But, what I wanted to say was I'm always on the lookout for planters with NO drainage hole and use those as my cache pots. I plant my houseplant in an inexpensive nursery pot of Dollar tree pot and this will definitely have drainage -- then I place THAT into the cache pot (which is a decorative pot with no drainage holes) This works great. I have many thrifted, vintage and antique cache pots that my plants are sitting in. Just wanted to let you know that this is a great way to display your plants. So far, I actually have 3 beautiful chamber pots that hold some of my larger pots - LOL. Anyway - just another thing to consider :) Debbie in WA Ü

Hi Danielle..love how you are so intentional with your buying. As much as I love old stuff I usually can not afford antique shops. We really don't have thrift shops other than Goodwill. Hey, it was fine to put up a shelf to display your Victorian stuff until you get the perfect one. I used to have that littke silver plate ring holder..have no idea where it went. Your wedding ring is so pretty. It is so you. I collect copper pieces..love to find old pieces with patina, but I habe newer pieces too, if I ever came across that Big Lots piece for fall I probably would get it..did not look like it came from there. I used to have a few of the lamps like the one you want, but somehow all but one has been broken. I wonder if you do every single room in the Victorian style? Your house is so prettu. I loved that ring pull, and glad you found pretty buttons for that nice bottle. Love your videos. ❤❤❤❤
