In this video I provide a little "behind the scenes" peek into how I run my reselling business. Believe me, its not earth-shattering information, but I thought it would be fun to bring you along as I engage in one of my routine tasks - unbagging and prepping thrifted vintage items for resale - and some to add to my collection :-)

It is a good method. You are lucky to live in such a good thrifting area. Once in a while I might find one bag that has something worth selling. And then the price is much higher and full of extra stuff I don’t want in it.

I love collecting salt and pepper shakers. This video is 10 days old so I was wondering if you had already sold them. If not, how do you sell them. I’m fairly new to your channel. This was a fun one. I’m the lady who asked about my cactus plants and why they weren’t blooming. You said you had some ideas but I think I missed your answer. Your inventory room is immaculate. I love antique stores and thrift shops. I live in southwest Virginia and we just don’t get the inventory that the upper northeastern states do.

Hi Kathy....sorry, must have missed your response. If they are holiday cacti, the most common reason they don't rebloom is because they haven't gone through the necessary dormant period. Cut back on the water (without letting the soil dry completely) and fertilizer during the dormancy period (late autumn, early winter for about 6 weeks) to encourage blooming. I haven't sold the S&P shakers...and I have a pretty big inventory of them. I sell weekly during live sales on KZbin and Instagram under this same name. They are auction-like sales where we ship the items directly to you. If you have an Instagram account, that is the best place to get a schedule of these sales :-)

Yes, those piggies are great. I also sell on the Virtual Antique Marketplace (VAMP) and occasionally on WhatNot. I have a booth at Mother Tuckers Antiques in Adamstown PA.
