Love DIY on a budget. My favorite things are repurposed items. Love your sliding shutters. Years ago I had a workman build indoor working shutters and an indoor window box for a casual room we were doing. They were unstained raw edged wood. I think my favorite item if yours is the range hood and I also loved the headboard you built. I have a very similar dressing table to yours. Mine is solid cherry and guess who is dying to paint it? I have Harrison Fisher prints all over my bedroom and bath. I WANT your linen closet!

The wood behind the fire place is actually pallet boards. I tore pallets apart and just nailed them up on the sheetrock. The wall in the dining room is the same. It is a really easy project and I got all my pallets for free so it didn’t cost anything to do.
