Surger is a stolen early model of candy before five nights at candy's was made. Also to make clear as day Scott didn't make a cat animatronic of any kind candy is the original, surger is from a other fan game that stolen a early model of candy that the creator of candy's show off before even thinking of making the game but didn't give permission or was ask to use the early candy model.

You can stun puppet, you just need to activate that in the FNAF settings, and make it to where the mask works on foxy
