Its the beep before the horn thats the actual start. Watch swimming any event and you'll see what I mean. The starting sound there is the same as the one here (before the horn)

It was, they cleaned it up pretty well. As for it being in the Seine: prestige and logistics. They race through Paris, both on foot and on bikes. There are some major coastal cities that could host this, but it is the Paris Olympics, so they want it to be in Paris. They don't have to close off another city, have all the broadcasting infrastructure there as well as in Paris, extra crew, lots of athletes who aren't staying in the Olympic Village or have to travel for the race. Cleaning the river was the best option, also because it needed to be done regardless.

Weil das hier zum einen eine Zusammenfassung vom Rennen ist und das zum anderen auch allseits bekannte Zahlen sind (1.5 km (0.93 mi) schwimmen, 40 km (25 mi) rad, 10 km (6.2 mi) laufen. Aber gut, das zu googeln wäre für dich jetzt wirklich zu viel gewesen, lieber mit der Zeit einen unqualifizierten schlecht gelaunten Kommentar schreiben. uff

Educate yourself a bit before you ask. There is plenty of information on internets. It just requires a couple of clicks. How lazy people are nowadays. They can draft legaly in short distance like ITU or olympics. They cant in long distances like Ironman or 70.3 or T100 series
