Is there anyway of the client setting up a username and password to access those sites? So it's secure?

What a great question - one of the best options would be to make that site's admin settings the option that allows existing guests to log in to access the site. That way they need to verify their identity with a username and password each time (choose that instead of the 'everyone can access' option for sharing the links!). Cheers, Marianne

Great question! When you invite your client as a guest, they get a notification with the link to view the site directly. Then, depending on your admin settings, they will either need to log in with their own email address to verify their credentials, or simply use the link to open and join the site. This setting is the same as your OneDrive settings to allow the links to be accessed by people outside your organisation. Yes, I have a standard folder structure that I use in my Sharepoint sites that clients have access to, and then I have my own Sharepoint site for 'in progress' work that I don't share with clients. In that site, I have a folder for each client, and I put the content into the client accessible folder when it's time for review or handover. Just to keep things safe 😊
