I started my Shaved Ice journey just the same way most everyone else does...
I started from ZERO, and we're already about to open our 2nd & 3rd shops!
If you want to learn how to grow your Shaved Ice Business and get more customers, this is a video you'll really want to take notes on.
Now, I thought I had it figured out when we first opened, and I thought I had it figured out at about $10k per month, but looking back now, I continued to learn, and am STILL learning, and I'm now sharing these lessons that helped me grow my business with you!

Scott, YES YES YES! I so needed and enjoyed this video! It's crazy how I stumbled upon this video. I also live in Florida, but I live beach side and I too was very surprised to discover that there is no sno cone stands anywhere near here! I grew up in Louisiana and Texas and they're everywhere but we call them sno balls. When I think about the best parts of my childhood I cant help but think of getting a tigers blood sno ball on a hot summer day. So a few summers ago, shortly after moving here from Ok, where they also have sno cone stands everywhere, I was dying for one and it blew my mind that I couldn't find what I was looking for. We have 2 ice cream shops, that are always busy, they're nothing special and I don't understand the hype behind them. At least 1 of them offers "snow cones" BUT the ice isn't finely shaved and it's only offered in several basic flavors. We also have the Kona ice truck, which also always has a long line, but again, still not the same thing, not even close. So I'm dead serious about wanting to open something exactly like what you have, my long term goal is exactly what you're doing now, like exactly, even my teen kids working there lol. I have the funds, drive and know unequivocally that it would be successful. The only thing holding me back is that I really don't know where to start. I'd be so incredibly grateful if you or your wife could spare just a little bit of time to speak with me.

Hi KayGee, I don't know if any vendors ship to South Africa. If it would be helpful, I could put together a list for you of American vendors. You could see if they ship to South Africa.
