Guardians in throne and liberty are very powerful allies that you transform into that give you great benefits in combat, from buffs, shields, damage reduction, mana regen, health regen and pure damage. They last for 30 seconds and their cooldown is 10 minutes, so it is not something you can use all the time.

Thanks for the showcase. Are those transformations active permanent by activation, just short term or fully optional? Could you shortly explain how they are working?

It lasts for 30sec and its on 10minute cooldown. Its mostly used once in a fight to push last bits of DPS on the boss, or in PVP depending which guardian you use as they give various effects for every situation
