from my memory, the last few arcs were like, vampire in disguise betrays u, next arc demons in disguise betray you and final arc, mages in disguise betray you, as much as I like the game the targeting is the weakest park and the MSQ is a close second but it's fun to play.

I recommend you collect all codex entries and read them. It makes the story SO much more interesting. For example "Shadowmancer Malus's Letter" (Near Kastleton codex chapter) explains that he was the one who plotted the cursed rain event.

Videos like this is the reason why I comfortably skip through all texts and dialogues in MMORPG. Why bother reading all that when someone so eloquent can sum it all up for me? :D

First, let me say that I greatly appreciate the time, effort, and talent it took to make this video. Thank you! I looked for a story video after finishing the main story quest, to see if there was anything I missed, since it didn't seem to make much sense as I was going through the gameplay. After watching this video, I'm even more convinced that the story is just mediocre. I'm having a lot of fun in the game, but the story (which is pretty important to me typically) was not a big part of that fun. It honestly reminds me of something a middle school D&D Dungeon Master might have come up with. Very cobbled together, disjointed, and nonsensical. I'm still enjoying the game, but I sure wish the story was more compelling. Even so, I wouldn't say it's any worse than the stories of Neverwinter, Elder Scrolls Online, or Guild Wars 2...I enjoyed playing all of those games to different degrees, but the stories practically put me to sleep, especially ESO. I can at least say that Throne and Liberty's story didn't make me sleepy! Too many parts to make me go, "huh?!?" :)

after playing through it, i just wished that its more connected, some stories felt like its just thrown in. I would say some that doesn't make sense could be a good extensive side quest, like for me that was the demon summoning one and the chapter 9 orc one. seems very disconnected.
