For the riot captain, you just throw multiple CC's at him and it breaks the shield and stuns him. (The mini boss before the boss)

The Raid Captain is a weird one. My team does enough damage during his shield phase to pop the bubble, and allow my tank to stun him before he does his big burst ability, when he does his voiceline. It's hard to get the timing down, but it saves your support (ahaha, meeee) so much mana and very crucial cooldowns!

How do you avoid the fear effect Ive only had this happen recently I will be in the circle and everything but I still get hit with the effect and it causes me to walk around when he does the second strike and you can’t avoid it at all

You should be able to stun shadowmancer. At least, it works for me. Regarding captain - if dps is big enough to break captains shield, tank can stun him. Overwise, plan B, everyone but tank has to run. This is when I leave teams most often, because some dps guys think it is just another stun attack and tank messes up if they are killed. They ignore or don't understand when you tell everyone to run. Dps know it all.
