As far as I remember in Korean Server, Dimensional Soul Shard Specific to (Karnix,Lequirus,etc) can be converted to different specific Soul Shard so you can spam dungeons where those items you need will drop and eventually, you can convert those extra soul shard to the requirements of getting the Dimensional Essence: Salvation 10/10/10/10/10. I dunno why they changed it but it's pretty much useless for the time being as all players will keep spamming dungeons until they get the items they need.

You can get weapon with those, you need 20 from each boss and crafting mats :) Edit: 20 from each boss because you need x2 Dimensional essence

You are welcome! Wand is main healing weapon, you can combine it with Bow or Staff. Its up to you decide for secondary weapon but main weapon for healing must be Wand.
