It might have added the Amitoi when redeemed the code. Check your Amitoi list when you log into Throne and Liberty. Try these steps if you haven't already After claiming the Reward in NVIDIA App, redeem the code in-game. Download Throne and Liberty on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/2429640/THRONE_AND_LIBERTY/ Launch Throne and Liberty and progress to the Title Screen Either select an existing character if you have one, or create a new character if you do not Complete the tutorial and progress to Kastleton to unlock the Coupon feature Open the Main Menu and select the Coupon button from the right-most pane Enter the coupon code received, then press the “Use” button The Reward received will automatically be added to your account once the coupon is claimed

Make sure you sign into the Nvidia app so it knows to give the promo items to your account.

So sad, only for Rtx not gtx. Im using gtx 1660ti

I friend was able to redeem with a 1650, I have a 1660 and the reward vanishes when I click it

@@marcoseberhardt check under the Amitoi tab in the main menu when you log into Throne and liberty. It might be already included in the list of Amitois you already have.
