yo,might do a build vod soon,will see. Mana issues are mainly resolved by the passive dagger skill "assassin step" max that up. And yes its the lightning rod tier 2 staff

u mean the dagger mobility passive?it procs whenever a person i did damage before dies. and there is no area range limit.haha
