Accessories (rings, necklace) stack the same stats like strength or perception, also make sure their basic traits are good for your build also, like I am a bow user and have some accessories with bind chance +60 and hit chance +80,

You may need to level up the Spear skills / weapon mastery more and try to get more hit as I just got this brand new spear

Your better of geting a real greatsword and using spear for the mobility and damage buffs
