I forgot to mention, the BEST 2 SET for MELEE/RANGED DPS is going to be Reaper Set, but for beginners, it will be hard to farm early on, so the Trans set is a much better goal, Reaper is end game though! Hope this helps.

Honestly, any item that has base stat with evasion you want to stack (assuming it compliments your play style), some of the highest evasion builds are over 1500...

It's difficult to test things even on kr, so I've got a question for anyone who may be knowledgeable. I know Wand's Curses cannot crit, but the first tick can heavy attack, and the whole stack stays that way if it does. Does Dagger's Poison work the same way? Poison values seem to vary, even at 20 stacks, so it's been difficult for me to test it on dummies.

good damage but I think your melee hit will not be enough to penetrate the evasions in PVP, mine is 1.1k hit and still missing hits with ppl having an evasion around 1.5k up

"Miracle of Mother Nature Clothing" is the best choice for armor personally. Easy to farm with recent introduction of new contracts. And you get 2 different sets on other 4 pieces. Another thing, Wisdom gives you most max damage.

melee defense minimize damage from attacks, melee endurance, minimize crit damage.

Yes, I don't have full speed build, but for someone who does, it is very strong in PVP.
