@@tre632 and I’m all about being that different utility support if everyone is the same what’s the point… on top of a good phantom smoke screen if getting nuked you can do some crazy plays… I have friends popping blood vessels they so mad I don’t want to be there heals anymore. I told them to get good… and I can be an off healer/utility dps with thunder stacks helping the team crit more in dungeons. they say daggers is not enough damage…. Sustain/burst has always been a great source of damage just takes time to ramp up. We are the chosen ones

@@Miele__ GS/Dagger is smallscale king, and can also be very good in largescale if you follow up on your teams initiation properly. For my group when i'm running this zerg bomb playstyle I like having a gs/dagger in my party to follow up with me

Any reason you don’t use the other morph of magic circle? Assuming because of the aoe.

@@Jokaiy3 because I need to get the aoe sleep off as fast as possible before people spread out. Which means I want to use magic circle after karmic haze. If I use the other magic circle (decaying touch) its single target. It could be aoe if you used it before karmic haze but then your using too many abilities before spreading the sleep imo

Unfortunately I can't see on questlog the gear , I changed my weapon from Bow/dagger (it's crazy to set target on console when is happening) to wand dagger , but what should I focus on with armor and accessories? I mostly have green /blue focusing on Crit but shall I look for gear for evasion and weakness? Any advice?

I focus on melee evasion, ranged evasion, perception, wisdom, and crit on my gear. The questlog should be working I can still see it on my end maybe the website was messed up before when you looked

@@Dakkuu Thanks for the support my man appreciate you. For my rotation its pretty simple, keep both curses up as much as possible, when curse explosion is ready try to apply a fresh decaying touch and use fatal stigma before exploding if available. In between that its spamming cleaving moonlight with lightning infusion up to stack thunderclouds to 20 then detonating it was thunderclouds bombing (brutal incision spec). Throw on time for punishment whenever its up to boost your whole parties damage

@@Dakkuu I made those variants so I would have options for how the server ends up filling out. So far i'm seeing tons of xbows and gs users so i'm leaning towards my melee/ranged evasion setup

Sorry if it’s a stupid question, I didn’t play the kr release so I’m not too sure about pvp endgame. @@Dakkuu In general the full hybrid set is safe, however the best thing to do it counter whats prominent but if you can't figure out whats prominent you could also just go off what matchups give you trouble.

It's karmic haze. It spreads all curses on your target to everyone in a radius. Sleep counts as a curse

Just basing this off your gear in builds and I am “new” so excuse my ignorance, but do you ever run into issues hitting players? You’ve got a ton of evasion, but your Hit is like 7-800 (I can’t remember exact number) and I see evasion numbers 1800+.

Yea you can't get a lot of hit typically unless you use greatsword or staff. with 800 hit (+90 from food so 890) you still have solid hit rate against most players

Is it possible to get future videos without the skills hidden? Its really helpful to see exactly what skills you have up in each clip and the order you use them etc. Thanks again for pushing out some wand dagger content, there isn’t much going around! Edit: I'm also curious about the use case for ankle break, especially in large scale. Even in a 1v1, you can only ankle break after the dagger bind lands, but if the dagger bind lands arent they already rooted and silenced for 4 seconds? What does an immediate ankle break add to that?

@@Tekno210 Yea I will try not to cover my skill bar in future vids, thanks for the feedback! In largescale you dont need anklebreak on your bar, you can grab another defensive instead. In small/mid scale I like the anklebreak for a few reasons, if you shadowstep like you’re asking yes they get binded and silenced but they can still Q block and stealth so Its nice to prone them. If you have someone slept and are about to curse explode I try to anklebreak first to prone them straight out of the sleep because if you just curse explode without it they can Q block the second half of the damage. It provides all that utility without using any skill specialization too.

@@DudeFromSchool smallscale i go for more single target burst. The ideal combo is ToD(touch of despair)>sleep>buffs if you have them> decaying touch>ToD>Unlucky clock>Anklebreak>curse explosion. However a lot of the time you don’t need to execute that full combo to kill someone. A quick way to throw out a nice burst would be just decaying touch>ToD>unlucky clock>curse explosion. You can throw in a shadowstep>anklebreak before that if you need the cc to set it up

I mean literally every class In every game not just throne and liberty gets stale cuz you do the same combo, but it's not about the combo but how good you play it, and archer is basically doing the same rotation, but what makes it fun is what you do with it in intense situation, literally that's the fun of it how well you do the combo against other people's plays

@@Dakkuu Its pretty dynamic actually, in largescale I look for these bombs when I can but in between im healing, peeling for my team, picking off stragglers with my group etc. and in smaller scale like the clip at the very end of the video when I run into a group outnumbered you see I only used a bunch of different combos based on the situation while trying to stay safe

@@JackHammaH9000 When you’re leveling you just follow the main questline then branch off to blue quests when you hit the points where you dont meet the requirements to continue the main quests. As far as skill and gear builds go, if you follow my links in the pinned comment you will be fine with gear. For skills I would suggest leveling up your curse skills (touch of despair, magic circle and curse explosion) and a couple dagger skills (cleaving moonlight and brutal incision) its also good to level up swift healing for sustain.

sleep > touch of despair > karmic haze > magic circle > another touch of despair if you have time before your team gets there > curse explosion. You can fit smokescreen in there whenever you see fit. the smokescreen is how i'm not dying because it gives you full evasion when you're in it
