In case you wonder, dungeon bosses have an enrage DPS check timer around 12-14m before they enrage and 1 shot.

Is there a special skill that allows you to mitigate the damage from the three downward hits he does? I have similar hp to you on a staff/wand but I can't solo this boss cause he does too much damage to me during with the 3 hit attack. I end up draining all my mana always having to heal back up. But you seem to take much less damage than me. I seldom see you having to actively heal yourself and your mana never seems to run out. I understand sword has block to mitigate damage, but you're greatsword.

I also have the vampiric passive, but it can't compensate for the damage I take and need active healing which drains my mana fast. You seem to take much less damage and appear to heal back up almost entirely through your vampiric passive.

@@tomtube1012 , simple: As long as you keep attacking and landing crit/heavy hits, you will easily go back to full HP. I have a decent amount of mana regen, so my mana doesn't run out easily. If you need a defense skill to face tank specific attack, you can use the "Blessed Barrier" wand skill to increase your defense a lot + incoming heal.

@@tomtube1012 I usually block these three hits with normal block. As soon I see him rising his staff I hit the block button. The block duration lasts through all three hits and I take less way damage. Most time nullified them. After this you are stunned. But with decent amount of debuff duration you are back before the next fury attack comes and you can block this hit also 😊 (the block button isn’t only for wrath or fury attacks - normal hits like these 3-combo can be blocked too 😁)

Really cool video. I love solo challenges myself and recently cleared Carmine Rage Island T3 solo. I had thought about trying 2 star Island of Terror, but didn't know about your strat for the rat phase. I might give it a shot now.

I didn't know that you now also play Throne and Liberty, I only know your good videos from gw2.🤔 I loved their gw2 builds, I hope they make a lot of them in T&L too.😍 I've already done it solo with a crossbow and bow. The healing from the bow is extremely strong and with converting life into mana you won't go oom. But I have a 4.3k+ gear so it's not that heavy.😁

I was in a group with 5 people who died really early at like 90% hp and I told them I’d solo it and they were like, “sure bud try” and I proceeded to finish it by myself as an Invocator lol. I have GS leveled as well but I prefer the Staff DPS and infinite mana. A bit more squishy but you don’t need to max out defense on 2 stars.

Thanks, for Greatsword since it's the main-hand weapon the important mastery is the bottom line which requires only 10 levels. to get more DPS increase + more heavy attack chance

Now let's see this build solo the other dungeon then I'll consider it a True solo mode class for dungeons. Then after that solo those dungeons with the other classes before T2 :)

Thought about giving this game a try, but having plenty I still want to do in both eso and gw2 it's not a great idea to jump into a new mmo. And on top of that, saw that the game was headed by the double whammy of nexon and amazon games, which are...quite the red flags.
