I'm trying to do Quest B and D together, which perk would you drop so I can do B?

I would probably drop the Ranged Damage perk. It's definitely helpful, but it's only a 25% increase in damage which is less than what you get from the Arcane, Commander, and Elite perks. You could cut Elite since you only get its benefit on the turns that you build or upgrade towers, but I think it is worth keeping because your overall build strategy should be oriented towards surviving the final boss, and Elite is better for that.
