To get free roam (for example) for jurassic world you need to beat jurassic world and same for park,lost world and park 3

I don't remember the exact mission name (Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm fairly certain it's the visitor center) and the part where Alan Ellie and the kids are fending off the raptors in the control room, just go Lex and scream at some cabinet and you'll find the Amber. Hope this helps :)
