Throttle Body Cleaning : Duke 125/200/390 : Ultimate Guide

This is ultimate guide on how you can easily clean your motorcycle's throttle body all by yourself as i have showed each and every step in detail on a Duke 390 and it doesn't matter if you have any other bike because the process is going to identical for that as well. Changed my throttle cable at home today. Had to remove tank cover to access and route cable. Didn't get cable for Duke as it was Sunday. Bought Pulsar AS 200 throttle cable from local auto shop. Turned out to be an exact match! Just a small thing to keep in mind for people who can't find cable for KTM in thier area.

Hi Jeet Bhaskar, my 2014 KTM Duke 200 throttle body acceleration return spring has lost all its stiffness/tension. Because of this now my accelaration/throttle does not go back fully automatically. I have to do it manually and its not comfortable everytime to do it. Any suggestions/ideas on how to fix this throttle body acceleration return spring. I enquired the entire markets in Bengaluru but this spring spare is not available anywhere not even with KTM ASC.

Bro my Duke 200 had a issue that ,it races while lowering accelator for just 1-2 sec Thotte body piston was so tight and I have removed and cleaned and that piston is 100%free now ..i just repaird now .but the racing issue was still there a little this time...does it gradually reduces or is that something other

my ktm duke 250 revs by itself when starting but when i twist the accelerator it drops down the revs, only high revs, engine doesn't shut off at all by itself.. I've replaced the accelerator cable but the problem is still there, I will clean the throttle body in coming days or change the idle stepper motor too? please help

Bro i have a 200 rtr and i am tired of it it suts off for no reason and problem doesnot feels that much while idiling and sometimes rpm decreases and when i blip throttle rprm stuck at 2000 and then start to drop with growl in lower rpm about 2500 and speed of under 19 in 2nd gears it sounds like autorickshaw should i clean throttle body and overhaul engine i have change 3 sensors and starter circut along with battery and motor in under 3000 km and realize that tvs is worst in terms of service and costimer response

Guys I need help with the power of people that also have dukes so I also have a red and white connector hanging about they are not connected anywhere but I also have a I’m guessing maybe a 12 pin connection that’s been shorted when I unplug the short my dash light go away and I think that my bike has been a stolen and recovered the bike has no power at the start but then it’s rapid af going up to 80mph nearly I don’t understand what the issue is when I go to start it does not idle and I have to keep holding a little throttle until the bike gets warm (no I can’t put revs up as they go too high when bike is running ) and also there is a big in the throttle like bike has no power and then suddenly gets it like a 2 stroke lol please help me out guys if I sort it out I will be forever thankful 😘

Hello Dear, Myself Sk. Golam Muktadir from Bangladesh. Unfortunately from last five days ago my KTM 125, didn't get ignition but self motor working (cranking). Actually, via the breather line engine oil catch up at air filter position (475ml) and then it's may go fuel line and combest chamber. That's why the engine didn't make a start. Now could you suggest, please any checking points..? I had checked the following points. 1. Electric voltage 2. All fuse (Especially fuel injector fuse.) 3. Fuel pump injector 4. Cylinder head 5. Ignition Plug
