I think they forgot to add Sharon's hair to the potion. Maybe that's why it was so important that every witch added theirs (and why the trial made sure that Jennifer actually had hair once in the trial grounds. To give her a fair shot at surviving.)

My guess is Sharon could’ve died for any number of reasons. She was the first to drink, she drank the most, she’s actually just a human so is naturally weaker, her hair wasn’t in the potion, they gave it to her too late, she went down the slide limp and hit her head when she landed, etc. So much went wrong here and she was so disregarded by the group that I can’t see a reason or way she would’ve possibly got out of that trial okay with everything that happened.

I’m not convinced that teen is Agatha’s son. I think she’s projecting her guilt of what she did to her son onto him and almost thinking of him as her son. Also, the math doesn’t add up, Agatha got the Darkhold hundreds of years ago, even with the agelessness of being a witch, teen wouldn’t look like a teen, he would look like an adult after all this time.

I feel like his life has been surrounded by magic but he’s had no way to use it so he studied up hard. Idk if you watch My Hero Academia but there’s a protagonist in it who had zero powers and suddenly he got this power, and his entire thing was always taking notes from the pros and working up strategies and stuff. So when he finally got his power he was doing it better than anyone could’ve predicted. I think that’s how Teen is. He’s studied up on Agatha, witches, the road, etc. and uses critical thinking. Where the others are battling trauma, he’s fighting for something he really wants without trauma/baggage discouraging him so he’s thinking more clearly. But who knows, I fully think Mephisto put that curse on him, I can’t wait to see how this show turns out 😍

I think it's possible for all of them to survive, but it's probably rare. In this first trial most survived by pure luck. If they all drank, they wouldn't be able to make the potion. There are probably entire covens that were decimated in those circumstances, trying to walk the road, that's why most are hesitant to try it. I guess in some trials you gotta find loopholes like that otherwise you're dead.

Sharon got killed because the wine riddle said "It's no fun alone". Sharon chugged her 1st glass solo before the toast, she drank another with everyone during the toast, THEN she poured a 3rd glass and drank it by herself after the toast....so she double dipped on the "no fun alone" side of the game. Personally, I don't think she would've been saved even if they would've added her hair to the brew because she an alcoholic. Sis was cooked the moment she saw that bottle 😂

Maybe Billy as an adult, but teen Billy would be way too insecure to be, for want of a better term, so obviously gay. He had a lot of internalised homophobia issues, and it wasn't until much later that he started to dress more alternative, pierce his ears, wear make-up, etc. And if we're just going to skip all that character development and have him confident and secure from the start then what's the point in calling him Billy? That's not the same character anymore. I think Teen is a great character. But Billy is my favourite character in comics and this character has not been written as Billy.

Something I’ve learned by watching *multiple* reacts to this episode: men have no f*cling clue what Botox does. Just every react, they see “Mrs. Hart” swollen and they say “Botox.” So if any woman is reading this, don’t ever let a dude’s opinion influence what you do to your face & body.
