Thank you for this doc. This type of character building creates that viewer engagement and loyalty about which the UFC has forgotten. Great moment at 5:08 to see Pearl swinging w/all her might, while Liz encourages her and wades through the punches to deliver a couple of her own--really shows two different levels of striking development. Great work by all involved.

I enjoyed this. It gives you insight into the fighters and what makes them tick. I really thought Pearl was going to take on the world but you have to watch that UFC jump. That organization is all about profit and itself. So what they think about using you as a sacrificial lamb against their up and comers, they will. Its up to the fighter and their handlers to be sure their fighter is ready. Pearl wasn't ready yet. But if she continues her journey, she will be.
