Yeah the only thing he did was make me completely disgusted with what he is and 100% in absolute refusal to interact with him (and the friends he gets to write me). He is constantly showing up in my energy to extremes, and it doesn’t even irritate me anymore. He is just so completely boring. I even see his attempts to manipulate my dreams and exactly what subconscious crap he is hoping to input. We were together as lovers, but I also had a lot of deep brotherly love for them.
