I just want to put this out there. Molesting a child destroys them, obviously. Everyone knows that, but I don't know if everyone realizes how far that goes. I was in a relationship with a girl that I love, the love of my life. She was molested by several family members when she was little and raped as an adult by her step brother. It is a huge part of who she is. It's always on her mind and she is always emotionally messed up. It affected our relationship. Her family doesn't have a good relationship with her because she's always depressed. The doctors, nurses, and therapists she went to because of are affected by it. The hospital billing staff that has to read those kind of charts, every day, because a child or young woman was violently raped, I've talked to some, they say it affects them reading about it. The cops, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, juries that these cases end up going to have to hear the details of it. When you destroy a child, it never ends.
