So the parts where it’s 2 guys rapping to the song in a Live Concert? That actually took place back in 2014 or 2015 so when Tupacs parts came on? the 2 rappers Big Syke & CPO would take turns rapping PACs part for the fans that were at that concert..sadly both Big Syke & CPO passed away as well Big Syke passed back in 2016 a year later after that Live Concert that’s within this edit video of the song…& CPO passed away in 2018 I think The only one alive is the singer on the song,Danny Boy, he was PACs regular R&B Singer for some of his songs whenever PAC need a Singer on a track
