I have this deck and love it. It's cardstock lends to beautiful shufflability (new word alert). Also, your explanation for why you don't read reversals is almost verbatim the explanation I gave my friend this morning for why I don't. 💜

I read reversals, but only in that the regular meaning is delayed or will have a negative overall effect, depending on where the card falls in the reading. So, a positive card - like The Sun - reversed can mean either that the positive outcome WILL happen but will be delayed for some reason, or that happiness will be mixed with some negative elements or possibly create some problems itself. You don't really have to memorize anything extra, but i personally feel that if the cards show up as reversed, they show up that way for a reason, to get you to pay more attention mostly.

I don't read with reversals either. My viewpoint is that the individual cards are read within the context of the rest of the reading. Sometimes the context will dictate a "reversed" meaning without the need for cards to actually be reversed. And when you know the cards you don't have to remember "reversed meanings" to get such an interpretation. I believe this is what the person you couldn't understand was trying to convey. I just hope I stated this in a way that it is understood.

Thank you. I love the Throwback videos. Any chance you'll do Lo Scarabeo Tarot? It's quite RWS but has quite a few images and symbols that are hard for me to interpret..and no companion book out there.
