The reason Lasher's waist is clicking is because if you wind him up by spinning his waist around and squeeze his legs he will spin around in a tornado of Tendrils like Carnage in the Venom 2 movie. It's this figures action feature

You see I’ve tried that more than once, and I haven’t been able to get any action feature out of it so either mine doesn’t work or it’s just some weird clicking joint
