You can tell when EA thought that Brady was getting older and they thought he'd be retiring soon when they preemptively lowered his stats. Especially when he went from the 74 deep accuracy back up to 89 or whatever it was from one season to the next. Eventually, they just said, 'wow, this dude ain't retiring' and kept his stats bumped up lol

The 2001/02 brings back awesome memories. I really enjoyed Madden back then. '05 was interesting because it was promoted heavily on Defense. 2:10 Brady didn't have a strong arm early on. It did get stronger over time as he had yet to max out his potential. The accuracy was... accurate. Brady wasn't a baller early on. He was an efficient game manager. It would be years before Brady started coming into his prime just when the NFL started becoming more QB/passer friendly. Brady has thrived. Right place, right time. Story of his career.

On the controversy that is “QB vision” is something that you either hate or love. The ones that loved it were the ones that played as Tom Brady and Peyton Manning. The ones that hated it are people like me, that played as the bills and had JP losman and his “sliver” and totally created a large imbalance between the two players.
@fornikator3 жыл бұрын
Actually my friends and I loved it and we all started a franchise with Losman, Grossman, n big Ben to name a few. Playing with a small cone was tough but it was realistic. Once you learned how to set the cone to a WR before the play and how to quickly flip to another WR when you saw him open (not the thumb stick) it was fun. The after a sea or 2 your QB would have a much larger cone. Sad how 06 franchise is head and shoulders better than madden now. Even the awareness mattered and made a difference.
