My father and i both owned a helix. He had both since the 90s. I threw one in HS at multiple tournaments! My dad as thrown his at USBC nationals. Was the wildest reaction ball reaction i have ever seen but it struck!

That’s what I like about Packy! He does, actually like to have fun also. That’s what I used to do, when I used to bowl a many years ago. Before Covid! ) I used to like, using somebody else’s ball. And some times, used our foster nieces glasses. Stood at the approach, put on her glasses. Was not able to even see my feet. 😢Thank goodness, for muscle memory! (And another time, fun on leagues. I got approval from the other team. Because, we already won series. That I can pick any other persons ball. Because, we already won the game & series. I used my team mates plastic ball. Got it to hook a little too much, for a spare in the last ball in the tenth frame. Missed the 7 pin. By a few inches before the pin, jumped out of the gutter. And got the seven pin, because of the rotation of the ball. I told everyone, that does not count as a spare. And still happen to get a 235 game. )

I find equipment rules to be so annoying. If they aren't going to make "The Professional Ball," a single ball with exacting specifications, they should allow literally anything that is safe and doesn't use electricity. Golf has some of the dumbest rules

Don't know about REAL bowlers using their thumb but I DO know that REAL bowlers use ONE hand! lol Enjoyed seeing Matt throw the Hammer Nu Blu. When the lane conditions are good for it, it's a devastating strike ball that runs long and slams the pocket hard. If not, then I rely on my Brunswick Rhino. I have a few older balls but rarely throw any of them. If I was to throw any of them, it would be my Hammer Venom.
